Yes for most consumer 3D printers — Bambu Lab P1S/A1, Prusa MK4, Creality K1/Ender, and Anycubic Kobra all fit the 18″ top with room to spare. Baltic birch tolerates the heat from enclosed printers and doesn’t off-gas like MDF or particleboard.
Yes. 13-ply Baltic birch is dense enough to absorb foot-traffic vibration so the stylus doesn’t skip. The top fits Audio-Technica AT-LP60/120, Pro-Ject Debut, Rega Planar, Fluance RT81/85, and most belt-drive and direct-drive decks under 18″ wide. The lower shelf holds 30–50 records standing upright.
Conservatively 50 lbs per shelf — both top and lower shelf. The tool-free joinery is tight enough that the stand doesn’t wobble under load, and we’ve tested it with everything from stacked monitors to commercial-grade printers.
