What are your products made from?
All of our products are made from sustainably sourced furniture-grade baltic birch, an incredibly strong and high quality plywood.
What kinds of finishes can I put on?
There's truly no limit. We've used paints of all types, stains of all types and various combinations. Let your imagination run wild!
What is a modular shelving system?
A modular shelving system is built from individual units that connect together — so you choose the height, width, and shape to fit your space, then reconfigure later when your needs change. Our Modular Shelf is a single-column system: stack two for a record holder or go three for a tv console. Go more if you need more!
Is this a modular bookcase or a bookshelf?
Both — a modular bookcase is just a bookshelf built from interchangeable parts. Ours works for books, plants, art, records, kitchen storage, or as a room divider. The 13-ply Baltic birch plywood holds heavy loads and won't sag like the particleboard in budget bookcases.
Can I add more modular shelves later?
Yes. The joinery is identical on every tier, so a shelf you buy today connects cleanly to a tier you order in two years. This is the main reason renters and small-space dwellers reach for modular shelving instead of a fixed bookshelf — it adapts to a new apartment, a new room, or a new collection.
What if I make a mistake. Can I redo it?
In most cases, yes! You can simply sand and put a new finish on or you can try and paint over.
How easy is it to assemble your products?
Assembly of all our products is meant to be incredibly easy and straight forward. In most cases they take just a minute.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of up to 14 days on all unfinished products (meaning you've put no finish on it).
