Who qualifies for the trade program?
Interior designers, home stagers, short-term-rental operators, property managers, architects, and small businesses furnishing their own spaces. If you’re ordering five or more pieces, you qualify — no portfolio review, no annual spend requirement.
Is there a minimum order?
Trade pricing starts at 5 pieces. Below that, regular pricing applies — and shipping is still free.
Can I mix different products to reach a tier?
Yes. Tiers count total pieces across your whole order, not per product. Ten pieces made up of shelves, stools, and side tables gets the same 15% as ten of the same shelf.
Do the pieces come finished?
They ship unfinished by default — raw premium-grade plywood, ready for stain, paint, or clear coat, so every piece can match your spec exactly. Many clients leave them bare; that’s the look the brand is named for.
How does shipping work on large orders?
Free on every order within the continental US, at any quantity. Everything ships flat-packed, so boxes are easy to receive, store, and move between sites.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply to applications within one business day with tier pricing and a production timeline for your quantity. Larger runs take longer to build than single orders, so we confirm dates up front — before you commit.
