Pick which side faces up.

Every stool is cut from one sheet, black on one face and white on the other. The legs are identical either way — they show both. One hundred of each top, each one numbered on the underside.

Each one is marked.

Two hundred stools, one hundred in each top — and not one more. Before it ships, every stool gets its edition number marked on the underside, 001 to 100 in its finish. When the run is gone, the finishes retire.
