In most cases, yes! You can simply sand and put a new finish on or you can try and paint over.
Assembly of all our products is meant to be incredibly easy and straight forward. In most cases they take just a minute.
We accept returns of up to 14 days on all unfinished products (meaning you've put no finish on it).
I bought this for my kids and it fits 2 toddlers and a good size for adults. As an adult, it may be hard to sit on it at long lengths of time. But for hyperactive kids it's so fun for them!
When I bought this, I did not care about it being labeled kids rocking chair. I bought it because of the design, height and my love for unique furniture.
The best part is being able to customize it to your own style and taste.
I love refurbishing and creating so this was perfect for me.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He lives in Atlanta and the chair made there before Christmas. We put it together and it is rock solid and surprisingly comfortable. We will decorate on my next trip, for now it just has his name painted on the back.

So I ended up getting 5 of these for gifts for my kid and my nieces and nephew. The ease of putting it together and the functionality of it is amazing. My kid reads in his everyday. I let him go to town on it and draw all over it. My nieces decided they wanted theirs pretty, so they were painted and customized with thier names on them. My nephew wanted his painted like a his favorite colors.
It is sturdy and strong enough where I have sat on it reading to my son and I am 6’2” 220lbs and had zero issues.
